Thursday, January 25, 7 PM Caribbean Dialogue Series: "Preparing the immigrant child for the American Public Education System" How do we prepare immigrant children for the American
Public Education System?
For the many parents who are yet to bring their school-age children to this country and for those who have already done so, this Dialogue seeks to address the pressing question of what ought to be done to bring them up to speed on the dos and don'ts of surviving and thriving in the American Schoolroom. Join Dialogue Host Ian Forrest
and veteran educators, Shirley Edwards, Dr. Coleen Clay
and Andrene Bonner at this can't-miss
event...the discussion promises to be phenomenal.
